1 Vintage Ray-Ban W0922 Wayfarer Austen Max sunglasses are a slightly more angular variation of the classic Wayfarer Max, and we think they pulled it off to great effect! The Austen's Bausch & Lomb G-15 lenses are a rounded rectangle in contrast to the more rounded Wayfarer Max. The Ray-Ban W0922 Wayfarer Austen Max frame retains the distinctive shape and black ebony top accents with gold plated lower front frame. The unisex Austen Max frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the G-15 anti-glare lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.675" at the widest points with right lens laser etched Ray-Ban and both lenses laser etched BL near the hinges. You'll find the Ray-Ban logo in raised metal relief on the exterior of both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is impressed B&L Ray-Ban USA while the inside of the other stem is impressed W0922.

Currently in an W0923 Austen Max frame missing a nose pad, any optical shop will be able to remove the lenses and put them into either the W0922 black ebony or W0923 tortoise shell Wayfarer Austen max frame. The right lens is laser etched Ray-Ban and both lenses are laser etched BL at the hinges.
