1 Vintage Vuarnet 002 Skilynx sunglasses are an icon of modern sunglasses design and feature a durable French nylon slate blue frame and highly reflective Vuarnet Skilynx double gradient mirror lenses. Vuarnet Skilynx lenses have superb anti-reflective interior coatings and double gradient silver exterior filters. This legendary Vuarnet Skilynx lens eliminates glare and reflection while enhancing contrast and depth of field, the essential lens for in the mountains and at sea. The unisex Vuarnet 002 frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.75" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the trademark Vuarnet "V on a Ski". Reflecting their heritage in Pouilloux France, you'll find the Vuarnet PX logo embossed on the exterior of one ear stem and PX Vuarnet on the other, and the inside of one ear stem is impressed Pouilloux while the inside of the other stem is impressed France along with the trademark crown mark on some production the inside of one stem is marked either 002 or 4002 (in the late 1980s Vuarnet added a prefix to their model numbers to correlate to the type of lens, in this case a 4 for the PX-4000 Skilynx lens).

The unisex Vuarnet 002D frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 1.875" x 1.675" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the trademark Vuarnet "V on a Ski".
