Vintage Serengeti 6506 Kite sunglasses in rare Italian Charcoal frame c 1990s feature Corning Optics glass lenses and were part of the Serengeti Drivers Series of vintage sunglasses. We really like the horizontal etching and the mixture of silver and black on the ear stems of Serengeti 6506 Kite sunglasses, and you'll find the Serengeti logo integrated into the design on both stems. The unisex frame measures approximately 5.0" temple to temple, and the rounded rectangular lenses measure approximately 1.875" x 1.125" at the widest points. The purple - rose tint on the rear of the lenses provides superior anti-glare protection and selectively filter blue light which causes hazy vision and eye fatigue, and the inside of one ear stem is marked Serengeti 6506 and one ear pad is marked CE Frame Italy.
