1 Vintage B&L Ray-Ban black Wings sunglasses have a different look from the more common gold plated Wings, and we think the black frame makes a perfect complement to the Bausch & Lomb Wings B-15 lens. The Bausch & Lomb B-15 lens is a perfect choice for use with Ray-Ban Wings, the choice of pilots the world over since their introduciton in the 1980s, for they both provide excellent glare reduction and also enhance color contrast in a variety of light conditions. The Bausch & Lomb Ray-Ban Wings frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple as do the lenses, and the left side lens area is laser etched Wings Bausch & Lomb. The rear of the frame above the nose is marked B&L Ray-Ban impressed in the metal, and one ear stem is impressed with the US patent number. The classic Wings frame has traditional paddle ear stems and the "General" brow bar also in black.
