Vuarnet 065 PX-3000 Sunglasses
Vintage Vuarnet 065 sunglasses feature a matte silver frame, Vuarnet PX-3000 lenses, and black eye cups that give you added eye protection from wind, snow, rain, and glare but without the size of leather blinkers as you find on B&L Ray-Ban and Vuarnet glacier glasses. Vuarnet 065 sunglasses have that clean, modern look but with a design flair that immediately identifies them as high quality sports sunglasses. Your eye is drawn to the open nose bridge and the matte silver frame, but what really stands out are the eye cups that frame the green Vuarnet PX 3000 lenses, a gray-based true color mineral glass lens with an anti-reflective coating to reduce glare. The PX-3000 is a perfect balance between comfort and protection, with average light transmission of 20% that's suitable for all light conditions. The unisex Vuarnet 065 frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and the oval PX-3000 lenses measure approximately 1.875" x 1.375" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the trademark "V on a Ski" at the top center. The exterior of one ear stem is impressed PX while the other stem is impressed PX Vuarnet, and the inside of one ear stem is marked Ref 065 Pouilloux while the inside of the other stem is marked Made in France CE along with a serial number.
