Vintage Ray-Ban Orbs W2024 Axis Square sunglasses in matte silver were one of the most popular of any style produced by Bausch & Lomb in their low production Orbs line c early to mid 1990s. What really stands out here aside from the unique shape are the twin ear stems twisted to be parallel to the ground and inset with a cut out of a stylized Orbs logo in italics. You won't see any equivalent even today of this unique Orbs design, and they exude quality all around from the industrial design winning screws and hinges down to the rubberized ear pads. The rubber nose pads swivel to provide a perfect fit, making the Orbs line the most popular of vintage B&L Ray-Ban sports sunglasses. The uniquely shaped B&L G-15 lenses measure approximately in a subtle wrap design 2.125" x 1.125" at the widest points set in a metal frame that measures 5.25" temple to temple. You'll find the Ray-Ban logo laser etched on the right lens, and both lenses are laser etched BL near the hinges.
