1 Vintage Ray-Ban Leathers Changeables sunglasses feature the rare rope leather pattern - much rarer than the traditional stiched pattern - and Bausch & Lomb Changeables photochromatic lenses. The brown rope leather leather weave used in these Leathers is thicker and deeply grooved to look more pronounced on the frame, and it's a perfect color and texture complement to the black chrome 62mm aviator frame that sits within. Leather also covers both ear pads and the entire perimeter of the lenses which measure approximately 2.5" x 2.0" with right lens laser etched Ray-Ban and both lenses laser etched BL near the hinges. The unisex frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple to hold the Changeables lenses, whose photochromatic properties are infused into the glass and will not wear off or wear out. The bottom of the nose bridge is impressed B&L Ray-Ban 62 []14, part of a fine Palo Alto, CA collection of vintage Ray-Bans from the 1980s assembed over many years by a silicon valley technology executive and long time customer of the Vintage Sunglasses Shop.
