1 Vintage Carrera Porsche Design 5621 sunglasses feature the iconic gold plated Carrera frame and 3 complete sets of interchangeable Porsche Design lenses - gray, yellow, and brown gradient! The center hinge raises and lowers to enable the easy changing of lenses, and it de facto gives you three distinctive pairs of sunglasses in a single package. The gray lenses are great for even very sunny days, the brown gradient lenses are a great all purpose lens at home inside or outdoors, and the yellow lenses are amazing for lower light or hazy conditions and analogous to well known B&L Ray-Ban Kalichrome yellow lenses originally made famous by hunters and shooters. The unisex Carrera Porsche Design 5621 frame measures approximately 5.375" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.5" x 2.125" at the widest points with all left lenses laser etched Porsche Design along with the PD logo. The inside of one stem is marked Carrera Porsche Design while the inside of the other stem is marked Made in Austria 5621 along with the impressed serial number and one ear pad is impressed with the US patent number. Included is the original Carrera PD black hard case with felt pouch inside to store an extra set of lenses and a separate lens storage case for the 3rd set of lenses. Very rare.
