1 Vintage Ray-Ban Wayfarer black ebony blue mirror sunglasses are one of the rarest frame and lens combinations among any of the vintage Wayfarer frame and lens combos Bausch & Lomb produced over their 60+ years of stewardship of the Ray-Ban brand. Bausch & Lomb produced only a small number of blue mirror lenses, for colored mirror lenses proved difficult for them to make compared with the much more common silver mirror lenses they produced for their aviators. We think you'll agree the black ebony and blue mirror in the iconic Wayfarer style is pretty hard to beat! The unisex Ray-Ban Wayfarer frame measures approximately 5.875" temple to temple, and the blue mirror mineral glass lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.75" at the widest points with right lens laser etched Ray-Ban and both lenses laser etched BL near the hinges. The inside of one stem is impressed B&L Ray-Ban USA while the inside of the other stem is impressed Wayfarer. Don't be fooled by fakes and reproductions of this style and these lenses - these are the original black ebony B&L Ray-Ban blue mirror Wayfarer sunglasses c late 1980s / 1990s.
