Vintage Giorgio Armani 836 053 yellow tortoise shell sunglasses are reminiscent of vintage B&L Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses but with that unique Giorgio Armani Italian style and quality. This is one of the best of any vintage Giorgio Armani sunglasses styles, with the yellow tortoise shell being a signature element of great Armani sunglasses and the Wayfarer shape speaks for itself as an icon. The green Armani mineral glass lenses look great with the yellow tortoise frame, and the gold insets at each temple and hinge add some additional design flair. The Giorgio Armani name is subtly embossed on the exterior of each ear stem, and the inside of one stem is marked Giorgio Armani Made Italy while the inside of the other stem is marked 836 053. The unisex frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and each lens measures approximately 2.125" x 1.5" at the widest point with both laser etched GA near the hinges. Rare early Armani style.
