Vintage Ray-Ban Polyanna sunglasses are a design icon of the late 1950s and early 1960s, right up there with Bausch & Lomb's other similar styles like the Lisbon and Marcellina. But with the Polyanna you also get the decorative carving studded with rhinestones on each front temple, one of the very few B&L Ray-Ban styles to have this type of embellishment. The unisex Ray-Ban Polyanna frame measures approximately 5.375" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.0" x 1.125" at the widest points. You'll find the logo embossed on the exterior of both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is marked Polyanna while the inside of the other stem is marked B&L Ray-Ban USA. Essentially these are new old stock in mint condition aside from some finish wear on one ear pad that likely came from many long years in storage.
