1 Vintage Serengeti 6098 Caracal Species sunglasses feature a colorful textured top accent that looks fantastic when paired with the eye catching Serengeti blue gradient lenses. The Serengeti Caracal Species line was designed to bring out the colors of Africa with its rich wildlife in the form of bold, distinctive eyewear designs. The caracal if you're interested is a medium sized wild cat native to the Africa and the Middle East, and it's a carnivore that preys on small mammals, rodents, and can even jump 10 feet to catch birds in midair. The Serengeti Caracal Species line was introduced about the same time as their analogous Afro-centric line the Simba Species. The unisex Serengeti 6098 Caracal Species frame measures approximately 5.875" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.25" x " at the widest points. You'll find the Serengeti stylized S logo embossed on the exterior of both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is marked Serengeti Eyewear 6098 M while the inside of the other stem is marked Caracal Species and the ear pad is marked Italy.
