Vintage Oliver Peoples American Optical 12k GF Ful Vue white gold sunglasses were purchased directly from Oliver Peoples and date back to the original estate collection of vintage American-made eyewear purchased by the founders of the Oliver Peoples that inspired the first Oliver Peoples designs in the late 1980’s. These early AO Ful Vue sunglasses are a great example of why they were so inspired - just look closely at the intricacy of the detailing on the frame and the very unique lens shape all of so much higher quality than anything being produced in the modern era.

The unisex Ful Vue white gold frame measures approximately 4.5" temple to temple, and the octagonal blue lenses measure approximately 1.675" x 1.5" at the widest points. The rear of the nose bridge is impressed 10k, a very rare example of the very first Oliver Peoples style line in new old stock condition along with Oliver Peoples storage pouch and the original Ful Vue card noting they were part of the All American Line "Tried and Proven".
