1 Vintage Ray-Ban L3158 Alita sunglasses were made famous by Audrey Hepburn who was often photographed at Hollywood events wearing the Alita, and it's a style that was produced around the same time as the Ray-Ban Marcellina and Lisbon but in far less quantity and so thus much harder to find today. Note the distinctive chrome insets at the temples that were one of the design hallmarks of the vintage Alita. The sleek tortoise shell Ray-Ban Alita frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and the Bausch & Lomb mineral glass lenses measure approximately 1.875" x 1.125" at the widest points. The inside of one stem is impressed B&L Ray-Ban USA while the inside of the other stem is impressed Alita, direct from a mountaintop estate in Aspen, CO.
