Bausch & Lomb B&L 10k GO Clubmaster Rounds Sunglasses
Vintage B&L Bausch & Lomb 10k GO Clubmaster Rounds sunglasses are the very earliest iteration of iconic Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses, with black ebony top accent and ear stems and 10k GO (Gold Overlay) white gold nose bridge and temple insets. Made even more famous by Jack Nicholson, Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses have stood the test of time and are one of the all time most popular styles of sunglasses regardless of brand. This early and original Clubmaster design features slightly more rounded lenses than modern Ray-Ban Clubmasters from the 1980s and 1990s, and the 10k impressed marks mean that 1/10 of the metal is 10k gold all in the external plating of course. The unisex Ray-Ban 10k GO Clubmaster Rounds frame measures approximately 5.25" temple to temple, and the green B&L mineral glass lenses measure approximately 1.875" x 1.75" at the widest points. The inside of both ear stems are marked Bausch & Lomb 41/2 - 53/4 and the rear of the nose bridge is impressed B&L 1/30 10k GO 22 [] 48. Very rare.
