Revo Grand Venture Aviator Nylon XP Orange Mirror Outdoorsman Sunglasses
1 Vintage Revo Grand Venture Aviator Nylon XP sunglasses were the very earliest styles the newly established Revo produced in the 1980s, and this particular frame and lens combination is the rarest and hardest to find of all the original production styles. Produced in the USA as somewhat of a prototype for later production that moved out of the US, these feature a distinctive burnt orange frame color and highly reflective Revo orange mirror lenses along with adjustable Outdoorsman "shooter" ear stems that curve behind the ears for the most secure fit possible. Few of these early Venture Aviator Outdoorsman sunglasses were produced, and even fewer were produced in this very unique frame and lenc color combination considered one of the holy grails for advanced Revo collectors and fashion aficionados. The unisex Revo Grand Venture frame measures approximately 5.75" temple to temple, and the orange mirror mineral glass lenses measure approximately 2.375" x 1.875" at the widest points. You'll find the Revo logo embossed on the exterior of one ear stem, and the inside of one stem is impressed Revo while the other stem is impressed Nylon XP Made in USA. Very rare.
