1 Vintage Serengeti 6292 Premiere Largo sunglasses are quite obviously one of the most distinctive styles ever produced by Serengeti back in these days of the 1980s and 1990s when the lenses for Serengeti sunglasses were produced by Corning Optics of Corning Glass fame. Note the uniquely shaped front frame along with the thick, eye catching yellow tortoise shell ear stems which all form a perfect color complement for the rose Corning lenses. The unisex Serengeti 6292 frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.375" x 1.5" at the widest points. The inside of one stem is marked Serengeti Drivers 6292V while the inside of the other stem is marked Corning Optics and one ear pad is impressed Frame Hong Kong, part of the collection of a well known movie and TV industry figure and long time customer of the Vintage Sunglasses Shop.
