1 Vintage Persol 002 sunglasses are an icon of modern sunglasses design, featuring a beautiful Italian orange tortoise shell frame with side panels to give your eyes added protection from the sides. Persol 002 sunglasses are a slightly lower profile design than comparable Persol 003 and 009 sunglasses which give you a stylish and distinctive look, and the frame color looks great with the brown Persol mineral glass lenses. You also get the unparalleled comfort of the Persol Meflecto system whereby metal pins are inserted into the nylon ear stems to provided amazing flexibility and comfort. The unisex Persol 002 frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.5" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the round Persol trademark. The inside of one ear stem is marked Persol 002 / A while the other stem is marked 122 28 Ratti Made in Italy, a rare early Persol style from a major European collection of vintage eyewear along the coast of Monaco.
