1 Vintage Persol Sport 40162 sunglasses are a design explosion of color, extremely rare and hard to find with the mottled purple frame and Persol orange mirror lenses that were produced in only very small quantities and mostly only as a special order directly from Persol. The subtle wrap design contours more closely to the face to provide extra eye protection from the sides, and the highly reflective orange mirror lenses reflect glare not to mention they look super cool! The unisex Persol 40162 Sport frame measures approximately 5.675" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.5" x 1.375" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the round persol trademark. The inside of one stem is marked Persol Made in Italy while the inside of the other stem is marked Persol 40162 02.
