Vintage Vuarnet 080 Skilynx sunglasses feature a durable brown nylon frame with classic styling and high performance Vuarnet PX-4000 Skilynx double gradient mirror lenses. Vuarnet Skilynx lenses are made from a special base, ground and polished on both sides to eliminate distortion. Vuarnet Skilynx sunglasses provide 100% protection against harmful ultraviolet radiation and enhance depth of field perception. They are tempered to provide excellent scratch and impact resistance and vacuum treated with multi-layered coatings, and silver double gradient filters on the fronts absorb glare and have anti-reflective coatings on the backs to eliminate irritating bounce back light. The unisex Vuarnet 080 frame measures approximately 5.675" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.0" x 1.375" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the trademark Vuarnet "V on a Ski" at the top center. You'll find the Vuarnet PX logo in raised metal releif on the exterior of one ear stem and PX Vuarnet on the other stem, and the inside of one stem is marked impressed Pouilloux and marked 080 while the inside of the other stem is impressed France.
