1 Vintage Killer Loop W1416 sunglasses were part of the very first Killer Loop collection sold in the US, when they were released as part of Bausch & Lomb as they began diversifying beyond their stewardship of the Ray-Ban brand and were seeking brand identity with a younger clientele. We think you'll agree that these early Killer Loops more than meet that challenge, and the sleek gray translucence of the W1416 is a great example. The unisex Killer Loop frame measures approximately 5.75" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.5" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched BL near the hinges along with the distinctive Loop logo on the left lens. You'll find the Killer Loop logo embossed on the exterior of both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is marked Bausch & Lomb while the inside of the other stem is marked Loop Sale - US Only and one ear pad is marked Made in Italy. Rare.
