Vintage Persol 09231 sunglasses feature a gleaming Italian tortoise shell frame and brown mineral glass lenses in a size and shape reminiscent of vintage Ray-Ban Wayfarers but somewhat larger and exhibiting that terrific Italian design flair. Persol 09231 sunglasses also feature the Persol Victor Flex system, an application of the Meflecto concept, in which notches are carved into the frame in a craft manufacturing process to create a flexible nose bridge or ear stems as you can see here on the stems of these Persol Ratti 09231 sunglasses.The unisex Persol Ratti 09231 frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.0" x 1.675" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the round Persol trademark. You'll find the Persol arrow point silver hinges on both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is marked 142 94 Ratti Made in Italy while the inside of the other stem is marked Persol 09231 50A.
