Vintage Ray-Ban Tortuga Explorer sunglasses feature 62mm brown B-15 lenses and the red tortoise Tortuga General brow bar for a lot of extra design flair, an icon of modern 20th century sunglasses design. This is a very low production variation of classic Ray-Ban Explorer sunglasses, and the Tortuga brow bar looks great but was originally designed to improve the balance of sunglasses on the face. Everyone loves the unique shape of the Explorer lenses, and these Bausch & Lomb B-15 mineral glass top gradient mirror lenses measure approximately 2.5" x 2.0" at the widest points with right lens laser etched Ray-Ban and both lenses laser etched BL at the hinges. The unisex Ray-Ban 62mm Explorer frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the top of the nose bridge is impressed B&L Ray-Ban USA while the bottom of the bridge is impressed B&L Ray-Ban 62 [] 14.
