1 Vintage Persol 653 sunglasses are one of the few styles of vintage Persols that give you the choice of perfectly round mineral glass lenses, but equally striking in these Persol 653's is the beautiful light orange tortoise shell frame that combines with the lenses to give them a very striking and eye catching look. These Persol Ratti 653 sunglasses were produced in Persol's Ratti manufactury reserved for their highest quality production, and the 653 is one of the most requested Persol styles here at the Vintage Sunglasses Shop. The unisex Persol 653 frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the brown Persol mineral glass lenses measure approximately 1.75" in diameter with both lenses laser etched with the round Persol mark at the upper outside corners. You'll find the trademark Persol silver arrow hinges decorating both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is marked 142 53 Ratti Made in Italy while the inside of the other stem is marked Persol 653.
