It's hard to beat the color combination of Polished X Metal and Ruby Iridium lenses, the frame and color choice of celebrities and sports stars since their introduction in the 1990s. Menacing yet stylish, the Oakley Penny is an icon of modern sunglasses design with a subtle wrap design that contours closely to the face to improve eye and glare protection, and the revolutionary creation of X Metal used in vintage Oakley Juliets and Pennys was an ultra-lightweight titanium alloy resulting in an entirely new frame design. Oakley’s fully adaptable architecture uses compressible couplers at the nose bridge to achieve flexibility, making these lines the first 3-D sculptured all-metal frames on earth. The unisex Oakley Penny frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.0" at the widest points. You'll find the O logo integrated into the design on the exterior of both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is marked with the unique Oakley serial number while one ear pad is marked Made in USA and the other pad is marked CE.
