Vuarnet 006 Skilynx Limited Edition Sunglasses
Vintage Vuarnet 006 Skilynx sunglasses feature a shape that's reminiscent of vintage Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses, but this is a very low production variation of the style that combines a black front frame with brown ear stems for a great effect. On top of the sleek, mod look of the 006, this brown and black color combination looks particularly cool with the Skilynx lenses, a mineral glass base lens with anti-reflective interior coatings and double gradient silver exterior filters. This legendary Vuarnet lens eliminates glare and reflection, enhances contrast and depth of field, and has long been known as the essential lens for in the mountains and at sea. The durable nylon Vuarnet 006 unisex frame measures approximately 5.675" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.675" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the trademark Vuarnet "V on a Ski" at the top center of both lenses. The inside of one stem is marked 006 or 5006 and impressed France along with the crown trademark, part of a great collection of vintage ski eyewear in Zurich, Switzerland.
