Vintage Persol EM 873 sunglasses feature a rare red Tortuga front frame with as much translucence and color as we've ever seen in a model of vintage Persols or any other maker for that matter. The red Tortuga front frame holds brown Persol mineral glass lenses and transition to red Tortuga tortoise shell ear stems by way of the signature Persol arrow trademark in gold. The unisex Persol EM873 frame measures approximately 5.375" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.5" x 1.375" at the widest points and the round Persol trademark in the upper outside corners of both mineral glass lenses. The inside of one ear stem is marked Persol EM 873 56 [] 18 and the inside of the other stem is marked 145 BR Persol Italy.
