Vintage Vuarnet 002 Skilynx sunglasses can still be found today in reasonable quantities, but even after 15 years of running this business we've only had this one pair of Vuarnet 002 Skilynx in the rare hunter green durable nylon frame. The hunter green frame looks great with the famous Vuarnet PX-4000 Skilynx lenses, an amber-yellow base with anti-reflective interior coatings and double gradient mirror exterior filters. This legendary Vuarnet lens eliminates glare and reflection, enhances contrast and depth of field, and has been known the world over as the essential lens for in the mountains and at sea. The unisex Vuarnet 002 frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple, and the Vuarnet Skilynx lenses measure approximately 2.125" x 1.75" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the trademark Vuarnet "V on a Ski". You'll find the Vuarnet PX (Pouilloux) logo embossed on the exterior of one ear stem and PX Vuarnet embossed on the other, and the inside of one stem is impressed Pouilloux while the inside of the other stem is impressed France along with the French crown trademark.
