Vintage Revo 989 014 Feline sunglasses feature the very hard to find yellow tortoise shell frame, a frame color that was only produced during the approximately 2 years of original Revo production made at their Hong Kong facility while Hong Kong was still a British colony. The yellow tortoise looks great with Revo green Traveler Series Tri-band lenses which provide impeccable contrast enhancement for superb visual acuity in a wide range of light conditions. This is achieved by the lens' ability to "manage" light. It effectively controls infrared and shortwave blue light, and completely blocks UVA, UVB and UVC to allow other visible light to reach the eye. Additionally, a multi-layer, anti-reflective coating adds to the superior performance of this lens in any kind of light and an understated complement to the Revo 989 Feline frame, a unique Revo interpretation of vintage cat eye sunglasses. Don't miss the interesting etched detail on the black metal temple inserts and hinges. The unisex Revo 989 014 Feline frame measures approximately 5.675" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 1.875" x 1.125" at the widest points. You'll find the Revo logo embossed on a gold tab insert on the exterior of both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is CE 989 014 Frame Hong Kong.
