Vintage Ray-Ban W1597 Fashion Metals aviator sunglasses feature the harder to find arched nose bridge and more rounded oval lenses to set this variation of Ray-Ban aviators apart from others. This is a more curvaceous style than more typical Ray-Ban aviators, with slightly elongated oval Bausch & Lomb G-15 lenses and a moderately arched nose bridge that adds a lot of extra design flair. The unisex B&L Ray-Ban W1597 Fashion Metals frame measures approximately 5.375" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 1.5" at the widest points with right lens laser etched Ray-Ban and both lenses laser etched BL near the hinges. The top of the nose bridge is impressed B&L Ray-Ban USA while the bottom of the bridge is impressed B&L Ray-Ban 58 [] 16, part of a fine collection of vintage Ray-Bans owned by a well known sports figure and customer of the Vintage Sunglasses Shop.
