The French tortoise shell frame has plenty of translucence to let light pass through, further enhanced by the clear lucite inner frame. The French frame measures approximately 5.675" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.0" x 1.125" at the widest points. The inside of one stem is impressed Made in France along with the trademark symbol, part of a fine collection of midcentury women's sunglasses in Toronto, Canada.
